I bring 20 years of executive judgment to every message that goes out under your name.
- How do we get started?
- Send a note through the form. Helen will reply within one business day to schedule a 20-minute discovery call so you can both decide if it's a fit.
- Do you work hourly or on retainer?
- Both. Some clients prefer ad-hoc help by the hour, others retain Helen for a set number of hours each week. One-off projects are welcome too.
- What tools do you use?
- Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, PeopleSoft, Lotus Notes, and most common scheduling, CRM, and bookkeeping tools. Happy to adapt to yours.
- Where are you located?
- Maryland. Work is fully remote — clients are welcomed across North America and internationally.
